Care advice to look after your items and keep them for a long time:
Leather is a natural material and may show some variations in shade, texture, and finish. Leather shoes naturally wear and soften over time. When trying them on for the first time, make sure to wear these shoes on a clean, non-abrasive surface to avoid damaging the sole; any defective return will be penalized. We recommend using a dry cloth and making slow, gentle movements when cleaning, to avoid putting pressure on the leather. All metallic elements can be cleaned with a microfiber cloth or a soft cloth. For deep cleaning, please contact your shoemaker; their advice will be invaluable in extending the life of your shoes. The soles are made of leather and have an integrated rubber pad to prevent slipping. These soles can be replaced by your shoemaker when they are too worn. To ensure the longevity of your shoes, we recommend protecting them from water, moisture, oils, and chemicals. Avoid wearing your leather shoes in wet weather, as this can deform the leather. Also avoid exposing them to light; when not in use, we recommend storing your shoes in the protective dust bag provided. It is best to store them carefully in your shoe cabinet so that they do not flatten and maintain their original shape.
